The portable planetarium that comes to you!

Let the Discovery Center's experienced science educators take your students on an amazing trip through the universe right to your own school. From "What's out Tonight" to "Cultural Star Myths of the World", STARLAB presentations are a unique way to enhance your school's science and cultural programs. Each presentation is 45 minutes long and can accommodate 30 (small dome) or 60 (large dome) students per session.

What's Out Tonight: All Ages

The planetarium is set for the night sky at about 9:00pm to orient students with current constellations, the moon, and planets in our solar system. Greek myths and Native American "Star Myths" will be explored against the back drop of the night sky.

Solar System, Starfield, and Galaxy: All Ages

Tour our solar system and beyond! Learn fun facts about our sun and other stars in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Small Dome

Small dome requires a 23 ft. x 23 ft. wide space and a minimum height of 11 ft.

Large Dome

Large dome requires a 35 ft. x 35 ft. wide space and a minimum height of 15 ft.

$200.00 $190.00
STARLAB cannot be set-up outdoors.
Milage Charges: 55 cents a mile, First 10 Miles Free.
