The Roseller Winery
The building that now houses the Discovery workshops was once a winery. Built around 1892 this large barn like structure once held the aging vintages from Estella Blanca Vineyards. Averaging 50,000-100,000 gallons of wine a year the Roseller Winery was a key element in the 180-acre operation that spanned Winery Street.
