President's Message: January 2008

Happy New Year! The Staff and Board of The Discovery Center have been busy making sure that the programs you will find at the Center are entertaining and enriching for your children. We value the comments we receive after every class that is why we ask the teacher who brings a class to the center to complete an evaluation. These evaluations are part of our ongoing effort to continuously improve our offerings. Your comments and suggestions for new or improved classes are encouraged and appreciated.

This year we will be seeking grants that will enhance our programs. If you are aware of a grant that would be a good fit for the Center, please let us know about it. We know there are grants available from Foundations that we can miss. Please email your suggestions to Executive Director Janet Berry at office@thediscoverycenter.net.

If you are looking for a venue to host a family gathering, you can rent the park for $250 on Sundays.
