Parents bring the kids to the Discovery Center for Fresno BabyFest

Are you a new parent, searching for ways to keep your kids happy and healthy? Have you been wondering about the possibilities for carrying your child when you're on-the-go?

The Discovery Center's annual Fresno BabyFest brings you all this info, plus food, fun and entertainment! Join us from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. as local parents teach you all about "babywearing" in the Baby Carrier Fashion Show! Vendors from a variety of family-related products will also be at this spring festival.

The 2009 Fresno Babyfest is kicking off the National Association for the Education of Young Children's "Week of the Young Child" - a national event celebrating and raising awareness of children ages 0-8. Partnering with CCAEYC, Children's Services Network, First 5 Fresno, Fresno Covenant Foundation, League of Women Voters, Preschool Leadership Coalition, State Center Community College District, Lakeshore, United Way and The Discovery Center.
